It all runs on their servers and you access everything via browser... Support is great, and the system is built from the ground up for course evals, unlike a generic survey product that’s been tweaked.

Check out http://www.onlinecourseevaluations.com. ...your dean can specify questions that will appear on every survey across the board, and instructors can go in and add some of their own - but instructors cannot mess with the standard ones. This comes in handy for certain classes, like art, where an instructor might seek feedback on the studio setup. Faculty get to see reports on their classes, department chairs can see their division, and the dean can see everything.
