What is the most effective way to introduce your product to our institution?
If you are just starting with us, we offer a variety of methods to communicate with
your faculty. We have videos, handouts, emails etc that you can use to get started.
For more methods, please contact us and we will help you formulate ideas to communicate
with your staff.
What Technical support do we need to provide?
As our software is a hosted platform, minimal technological support from you is
needed. Input of your evaluation registrations to our system by method of an upload,
and any outside login methodology (ie: LDAP, CAS, Shibboleth, etc) will have some
setup time. Outside of those two areas, your technology department will most likely
have zero contact with our system.
Can you send out mass emails to all evaluators with links to assessments?
Absolutely! This is one of our tools we provide to get you off and running with
a great evaluation period. The emails sent by us look like they are coming from
your institution. To ensure delivery of the emails, please makes sure that you whitelist
our servers. We will send you all the necessary information to whitelist us during
your setup process.
How do we access our evaluation/assessment data?
Results are stored in a variety of formats such as Word, Excel, and PDF. Each format
is exportable from our system with a minimal amount of effort from you. We also
encourage you to export your raw data. This allows you to store a copy of all of
your data as well as do your own analysis.
